Do you have to pay to join deviant art?
I really want to join the website deviant art, because all the fantastic, but I want to be sure it's free. Can you help me?
Not at all! There are options payment not required if you want access to extras such as the use of CSS in your newspapers and navigation without advertising. Other wise it is completely free to use! DA and a good community to be with. I was a member there for over a year without having to pay for extras and I am of fine tuning.
